I found eFrame online when searching for an odd frame size for some canvases I had purchased. The choice available was great and having selected the one I desired and picking a small dimension as I was wanting slimline, eFrame customer services contacted me to advise I may be worth going for the size up as the one I picked it was likely that this was so thin for the large size frame that it would fail. It is reassuring knowing that they care about their product and customers for wanting it to be a success and dont just produce what comes through to them if they know the customer may ultimately not get the experience they desire. Frames came super quick and look greatttt. Will 100% buy again from eFrame and have recommended to friends.

We ordered a custom, framed print of my parents wedding day as a gift for mothers day. Item arrived well within the estimated delivery estimate.The order / frame selection / photo upload process was simple enough and highly customizable.The print is remarkably good quality given it was done from an upload of a 53 year old scanned picture. The frame is good quality and hand assembled.Very pleased.

The gold metal photo frame arrived well packed and exceeded my expectations. The mitres are very well cut and the frame looks quality. Postage is a little on the high side.

Ordered a bespoke frame for a very large print costing over £80, easy to use website, arrived on time, but unfortunately has arrived damaged. Have emailed and used the online form to report the issue along with photographs, but still waiting for response?

Ordered 29-Sep. Approximate dispatch Oct 2-6. As of 08-Oct still 'in production'. Nine days do 'produce' a frame? Telephone call to 'customer service' failed to shed light on the issue. "The date shown on your order is simply an estimate. Will get hold of production manager for an update." No update, no frame. Not recommended.

Excellent Service, good quick responses to communications and when the framed poster arrived it was perfect, thanks to the free upgrade provided. Will definitely use again JM

I ordered three 800 x 800mm frames for my living room so fairly big in size. They were really well made, the exact size ordered and generally excellent except one of the frames had a small mark. Charlotte from the company couldn't have been more helpful and sorted things for me. Delivery was via Parcel Force but I notice they use DPD (who are much better in my experience). The frames came with Clarity+ Perspex glazing which I wasn't sure about but turns out to be brilliant - I also ordered 1100micron barrier board to fit behind the prints and this was a good decision as the overall finish is great.My experience as been excellent and would totally recommend.
